"Initial Impression - AWESOME! King/unfinished. First take: arrived yesterday via FEDEX. Three boxes. Heavy, WELL PACKED and surprisingly no damage. This is a solid pine bed - no pressed or manufactured wood and no veneer. Of note, headboard arrives disassembled and will have to be put together. Although I have not yet unpacked individual pieces, there are easy to understand instructions immediately visible in the box. Of note, prior to receipt I had to contact the company’s customer service for a finishing question - they were extremely responsive, polite, and helpful!
Finishing and assembly will be a spring time project, so more to follow.
