Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Orders cancelled 5 days or later from date of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us immediately to make any changes.

How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping on all furniture shipped to the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States and Canada.
How long does shipping take?
It typically takes 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. We build your furniture when it is ordered and will ship it out as soon as possible!
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.


What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be in new and unused condition, and in their original packaging. Unshipped orders canceled 5 days or later from date of purchase, are subject to 15% restocking fee. You can find our detailed return policy here. Customized products cannot be returned.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you are returning an item due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Yes, all of our payment processing is handled through PayJunction, which uses the latest encryption technology to ensure your payment information is secure. We do not save any of your payment information on our website.

We do not design custom furniture. However, we can make modifications to our current products. Please contact us with your specific requirements and we will work with you to deliver your ideal farmhouse furniture piece.
Do you have a physical storefront where I can view your products?
No, we are an online store only. However, we provide high quality images and detailed descriptions of our products to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes, all of our farmhouse furniture is proudly designed and crafted in the USA by Amish families.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do offer bulk discounts for large orders. If you're interested in placing a bulk order, please contact us to discuss your specific needs. Please note that discounts are only available for orders exceeding a certain quantity, and eligibility criteria may vary depending on the products and services being ordered.
