"We assembled the bed today and took about 45 minutes - directions were a little confusing but nothing that couldn’t be overcome. We love the color (I took a pic with our coastal pleasures grey paint to give contrast). My wife commented that she would have liked the stain to have better coverage, because only the visible parts are stained, but that makes the point (there is no visible part that isn’t stained). The bed seems very solid - my 3 year old son was bouncing on it and it didn’t move at all. The slats are very sturdy and are not the cheap and cheesy type you get with some furniture. We will be getting the dresser that comes with this bed because we are so impressed with the bed. Highly recommend. Also, ships in 3 boxes and was packed VERY well." Amazon Customer
